A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or post, it is your responsibility to check all details are correct. Please contact us if anything needs to be amended. There are no refunds on Romantic Rooms PTY LTD services if cancelled. You will receive a voucher which can then be used at a later date. An inventory of all items will be placed in room, these items need to remain in room in condition they were found in. If any items are lost or stolen they will charged a replacement fee. Romantic Rooms PTY LTDis not responsible for clients personal items placed in the room for them or items already placed in room. All damages to hotel property including rose petal staining is your responsibility and you will be charged for damages by hotel. Romantic Rooms PTY LTD will place all hired items in the room in a safe position. It is your responsibility to keep all items safe so not to cause personal injury.
