Refunds are only available on faulty items only. Items must be posted back for inspection. You will then be contacted fora refund. If a cancellation of our services is required with a viable explanation a credit note will be sent to client for them to use at a later date. Credit notes are transferrable.

ROMANTIC DECORATING SERVICE

Room decorating service is available at most hotels. The hotel must be notified on your behalf and you need to make a note on your booking that Romantic Rooms needs access to your room when you are not there. Romantic Rooms is not made responsible for any damages to your hotel room by the products used, any damages will be charged direct to you, please use products responsibly. Romantic Rooms will place all items purchased in a safe position. It is your responsibility to keep these items safe so not to cause personal injury. Romantic Rooms may need to move personal items in room to make room look tidy for decorating.
